Limits Of Reduction
Except when the concerned person has been punished with dismissal, all the deductions to be made from his/her salary and allowances according to the provisions contained in Clauses (d), (f),
(g), (h) of Sub-section (2) of Section 123 shall not exceed half of his/her salary and allowances for any month.
